Speech & occupational therapy built around the adult a person has already become.
For adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, growth doesn't stop at 18. Our therapy team meets each person where they are, with goals that respect their independence, not just their diagnosis.

Most therapy models are built for children. Ours is built for adults; for the person who wants to order their own coffee, follow a recipe, or simply be understood the first time they speak. Speech and occupational therapy work side by side here, each pointed at the same outcome: more of daily life, in the person's own hands.
Being understood, on their terms
For adults who communicate differently, through speech, AAC devices, sign, or a mix of all three, our speech-language work focuses on the communication that matters most in daily life.
- Articulation, clarity, and functional conversation skills
- AAC device support and training for participants and families
- Social communication in real group settings, not just a therapy room
- Swallowing and feeding support where needed
Independence in daily routines
Occupational therapy here is about the tasks that make up a day: dressing, cooking, managing sensory needs, using tools and technology, all built toward the most independence each person can reach.
- Fine and gross motor skill-building for daily tasks
- Sensory regulation strategies for home, work, and community settings
- Adaptive equipment recommendations and training
- Job- and life-skill coaching tied to real routines
Two paths, working toward the same goal: a fuller day, on their own terms.

Contact us insteadAdults deserve therapy built for adults.
Too many therapy programs stop evolving once a child ages out of pediatric services, leaving families to patch together adult care that wasn't designed for adult goals.
Our therapists build plans around the life a person is actually living now: a job, a household routine, relationships, and the community around them, not a checklist carried over from childhood.
